Green cleaning is, in essence, cleaning using products and procedures that are safe for the environment and do not emit any toxins. We refer to the Environmental Worker's Group website for this purpose.
Unlike conventional cleaning products, green cleaning products are created using safe, non-toxic and biodegradable ingredients. Eco-friendly cleaning products not only reduce air and water pollution but also help fight ozone depletion and climate change and ozone depletion. They're also safer for your family and pets.
Tipping is never required, but always appreciated. Most people tip between 10% and 20%.
Pricing & Policies
Your estimate is determined based a number of variables: Initial condition of your home (there is typically a one-time up charge on your very first clean), square footage, pets, number/type of bathrooms (ex - ensuite vs standard vs half), bedrooms, complexity of kitchen, and your overall maintenance style between cleans.
Payment is due when the service is completed. You may leave cash, check, or submit via Venmo.
We run specials every now and then. Feel free to check with our office to see if there are any special offers currently running.
If we miss anything or you are dissatisfied for any reason please call the office immediately (within 24 hours or less) and we'll make arrangements to come back and reclean those areas. It's very important to us that you are happy with your cleaning.
We want every customer to be 100% satisfied with their cleaning. If we miss something we will gladly come back and take care of it.
We currently accept - checks, cash, Venmo & Paypal
Gift Certificates
If you were the lucky recipient of a home cleaning gift card, simply give us a call and schedule your cleaning. The value of the gift card will be applied to the cleaning cost.
They are not refundable or transferrable and must be used within 5 years
My Service
No, you do not need to be home during the cleaning. As long as you've made arrangements with our office to gain entry into your home we will be fine. Our professional cleaners know just what to do!
We bring everything needed to make your house sparkle and shine!
If it is something that we do, absolutely. But please let us know the day before because it may cause a shift in our overall schedule.
Call our office if you need to skip or reschedule a visit. Make sure you give us 48 business hours notice to avoid our 50% last minute cancellation fee.
Our cleaners are super careful, but accidents can happen, specifically due to booby traps we are not aware of.

Please be aware that if you need windows or walls cleaned, we are happy to refer you to someone in that niche market.
We do not wash dishes or do laundry.
Our commercial liability policy covers us for a two-step footstool only. Should you have high/cathedral ceiling fans, we will not be a good fit.
We do not remove. roll, up, or clean under your area rugs and runners.
We try our best to send the same cleaner every time. But when cleaners have to be off, we will send another highly-trained substitute.
Trust & Safety
We do everything in our power to make sure the people we send into your home are completely trustworthy. We are careful in our hiring process to check references and run a national background check.
Yes - all cleaners must pass a national criminal background check.
Yes - we are fully insured and bonded.
